Over the years we have supported a number of customers who have approached us to help design and refine the manufacturing processes for both new and existing products.

We do this by ensuring the specifications and tolerances meet their needs and their budget before we manufacture a prototype and/or move into batch production. Using this approach we continuously aim to optimise their product and reduce their manufacturing costs.

We add further value by assessing their manufacturing needs and methods. This helps them to manage their processes better and optimise subcomponent manufacturing right from the outset.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement in all areas of design, efficiency and quality, we have invested in Radan Cad-Cam and 3D modelling and design software to support our CNC machining capability.
