Pentland Precision Engineering (PPE) is an engineering and machining partner serving a wide range of clients in different industries through specialising in small to medium batch production and prototyping of high quality precision engineered components.
Established at Penicuik in 1999. With the need to expand, they moved to larger premises situated near the Edinburgh bypass at Loanhead in 2005. The new site has 20,000 square foot of manufacturing space and an area of over 2000 square feet for test and assembly.
PPE's experience in the industry allows them to implement an end-to-end service from Design through Machining and Fabrication to Assembly and Finishing. A process based on quality that delivers clients subcomponents to them reliably, effectively and economically.
They pride themselves in their ability on taking complete ownership of customer's precision engineering needs and delivering to their satisfaction again and again. This is reflected in retaining some clients from when they first started.
Their facilities are a combination of fully trained personnel with the latest machinery. The commitment to ensuring a successful result can be seen through their strict quality control in accordance with BS ISO 9001:2000 and BS ISO 14001.
